Watch G (Apple Watch) and G-Force Lab (iPhone and iPad) are built so your recordings stay on your devices.

What stays on the device

G-force samples, sessions, and graphs are stored locally on the Apple Watch and on the iPhone or iPad.
The apps talk to each other with WatchConnectivity. That transfer is between your devices.
A trial start date is stored in the Keychain on the device so the 24-hour trial cannot restart by deleting the app.
Nothing is written to the Health app.

You can export a session as JSON or CSV with the system share sheet. We never see that file.

Unlock Recording is a one-time In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your card details.

The apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
