Note: This app requires the MultiVS Life chest patch device to capture your heart data.

Why MultiVS Life?

Your heart tells a powerful story. Our app helps you listen. By tracking your Heart Rate (HR) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV), MultiVS Life reveals how your body truly responds to daily life, stress, and recovery.

❤️ Heart Rate (HR)

Get a clear snapshot of your pulse (BPM) to understand activity levels and track cardiovascular fitness trends.

💚 Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

Dive deeper into your body's "Autonomic Nervous System" – your internal control center. HRV is your personal meter for stress resilience, recovery status, and overall readiness to take on the day! We provide key HRV metrics like RMSSD, SDNN, and pNN50 for a comprehensive view.

The MultiVS Life Advantage

Pair your MultiVS Life app with our innovative hands-free chest patch for the best possible experience. Designed for comfort and uninterrupted signal capture, our patch provides high-quality, consistent data that's essential for truly reliable wellness insights. 💚 Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Analysis

What it is: HRV is the natural, healthy variation in the time between your heartbeats. It's not about your pulse itself, but the tiny differences in timing between each beat. HRV is a powerful window into your body's Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) – your "control center" for stress, recovery, and readiness.

The Test: Your app measures your R-R Intervals for 5, 10, or 20 minutes to calculate several key HRV metrics. A longer test (5+min) gives more robust and reliable HRV data.

⚖️ What Your HRV Tells You (The ANS Balance)

Your ANS has two main branches:

  • Sympathetic (Fight-or-Flight): Speeds things up, helps you react to stress. (Low HRV)
  • Parasympathetic (Rest-and-Digest): Slows things down, helps you recover and relax. (High HRV)

High HRV = Good Balance / Recovery
Low HRV = Stress / Fatigue / Need for Recovery

📈 Get the Best HRV Results

To get the most accurate and actionable HRV data:

  1. Morning is Best: Take your test first thing in the morning, ideally before coffee, food, or intense activity.
  2. Consistent Position: Lie down (supine) or sit upright, and use the same position every day.
  3. Be Calm: Relax, breathe normally, and avoid talking.
  4. Minimal Movement: Remain still during the entire 5, 10, or 20-minute test.
  5. Quiet Environment: Reduce noise and distractions.

📉 Understanding Your HRV Metrics

Your app will show you several important numbers:

• RMSSD (ms)

This is your primary "Recovery Score." It specifically reflects your Parasympathetic (Rest-and-Digest) activity.

  • Higher RMSSD = Better Recovery, Lower Stress, Ready to Perform.
  • Lower RMSSD = Accumulated Fatigue, Higher Stress, Need for Rest.

• SDNN (ms)

This indicates your overall Heart Rate Variability.

  • Higher SDNN = Greater ANS Adaptability and Overall Health.
  • Lower SDNN = Reduced Adaptability, Potential Strain.

• pNN50 (%)

This measures how many times your heart speeds up or slows down by a significant amount (>50ms) between consecutive beats.

  • Higher pNN50 = Strong Parasympathetic Influence and Good Recovery.
  • Lower pNN50 = More Rigid Heartbeat, Often a Sign of Stress or Illness.

❤️ Heart Rate (HR) Measurement

What it is: Your Heart Rate (HR) is simply how many times your heart beats per minute (BPM). It's a fundamental measure of how hard your heart is working right now.

The Test: In your app, you can take a quick 30- or 60-second measurement. This captures your R-R Intervals (the time between each heartbeat) and calculates your average HR.

📊 What Your HR Tells You

  • Current Effort: Your HR goes up with activity and stress, and down with rest.
  • Fitness Level: Generally, a lower resting HR indicates better cardiovascular fitness.
  • Stress & Recovery: An unusually high resting HR can be a sign of fatigue, stress, or even illness.

📈 Get the Best HR Results

To ensure an accurate and meaningful HR reading:

  1. Be at Rest: Sit calmly or lie down (supine) for at least 5 minutes before starting the test.
  2. Minimize Movement: Stay as still as possible.
  3. Don't Talk: Talking affects your heart rate.
  4. Quiet Environment: Reduce distractions.
  5. Consistent Time: For tracking trends, try to measure at the same time each day (e.g., morning).

📉 Understanding Your HR

  • Your Number (BPM): See your average beats per minute.
  • Personal Trend: A graph will show how your HR changes over days/weeks.

Good Sign: A downward trend over time (lower resting HR) often means improved fitness!
Watch Out: A sudden upward spike compared to your average can signal stress, poor sleep, or an impending illness.
